Uptime is the percentage of time your audio stream is available online and is important because it is a measure of your stream’s reliability. At NuCast, we guarantee a minimum 99.95% uptime in each calendar month. The 0.05% we don’t guarantee is in case we need to carry out essential server maintenance, such as updating our operating system to the newest version or installing security patches. This we always endeavour to carry out at the least busy times of the day. However, should your uptime fall below 99.95% in any given month, you can submit a request for compensation in line with our terms.

You have access to technical experts, 24 hours a day, every day and can get in touch easily via online chat (U.K business hours) or email & ticket 24/7. There are, however, some things that we cannot help you with and these are detailed in our terms.
