Yes, due to Apple Developer Guidelines, all applications we create must be submitted under their own developer account. For this you must unroll directly with the Apple Developer Program - there is an annual fee payable to Apple for this. - You can then add us to your App Store Connect, allowing use to handle to store submission process for you.
No, we submit directly to our Google Android Developer Account, so you do not need to worry about creating your own account with Android.
