Once we have collected the required information, we build the application and provide access to review it. Once approved, we can begin the store submission process. From first communication to live in the stores, we estimate around 14 days.
No. The apps work with standard streaming hosts. If you are not already hosted by NuCast, we will need your stream details during setup.
Yes. Selected plans include push notifications, allowing you to send messages directly to listeners on supported iOS and Android apps.
Yes. We custom design the app around your station colours and branding, add the initial in-app content and handle the publication work for you.
Yes. Apple requires applicable apps to be submitted under the station's own developer account. You can add NuCast to App Store Connect so we can handle the store submission process.
No. NuCast can handle Android publication through our supported Google publishing process.
NuCast does not require a minimum-term contract for this service. You can cancel in accordance with the service terms.
Technical support is included with NuCast services. Support is available through the normal NuCast support channels.
NuCast accepts supported PayPal, credit card, debit card and bank transfer payment methods. Payments are made in GBP (£).
