You have access to technical experts, 24 hours a day, every day and can get in touch easily via online chat (U.K business hours) or email & ticket 24/7. There are, however, some things that we cannot help you with and these are detailed in our terms.
We accept payment via PayPal, Credit Card or Debit Card payments using Stripe for payment processing or via Direct Bank Transfer. All payments must be made in GBP (£).
Every App is created individually by our App Development Team on be basis of the information collected from you. The App delivery time is up to 30 days from the day we receive the project and all required details.
Included with your monthly fee is access to the NuApps Mobile App Builder, this allows you to build and create your own Radio App yourself using the easy to use app builder platform, when completed simply submit a support ticket to request that we publish it for you.<br> If you would prefer to have us design and create your app for you, you can select this option during your order, there is an additional fee for this, however we handle everything for you.
