From our beginnings as Dribb in 2005 to today's NuCast broadcasting platform, our focus has evolved alongside the broadcasters, community stations and individuals we support.
From Web Hosting To Broadcasting
NuCast's story started in 2005 under the Dribb branding. The original business provided shared web hosting services to customers in London.
Following its acquisition by Atlantis NuWeb Limited in 2012, the business evolved. Radio Stream Hosting was introduced as part of a relaunch in 2015 and became the core service offering.
The decision to rebrand Dribb as NuCast was taken in 2021. The web hosting side moved to NuHosting, allowing NuCast to focus specifically on broadcasting services. NuCast launched in 2022 with refreshed Radio Streaming alongside Video Stream Hosting and Alexa Radio Skills.
